Freetown Property Sales Span $210,737 to $840,000 in Late July Roundup
Freetown recorded 15 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, with seven sales disclosing a price ranging from $210,737 to $840,000 and a median of $560,000. The month's top sale was 5 Nottingham Way, which sold for $840,000 on July 30 from the Irma D. Teves Trust to Kevin Lafferty and Danielle Podgayevskiy. More than half of all recorded transfers, eight of 15, did not disclose a sale price, and several of those appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust rather than open-market sales. No disclosed sale exceeded $1 million.
