Seven of the 19 deeds were no-price transfers within families or into trusts, and Middleboro Road, High Street and Water Street each saw two transactions. With less than half of recorded deeds listing consideration, the data shows a mix of market activity and internal family transfers rather than a clear read on price trends alone.
