Freetown sees 19 deed transfers in past month, led by $1.35 million Middleboro Road sale
Freetown recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only 11 listed a sale price, ranging from $100,000 to $1,350,000 with a median of $550,000. The month's top sale was 44 Middleboro Rd., which went for $1,350,000 to a nominee trust. Seven of the 19 deeds were no-price transfers within families or into trusts, and Middleboro Road, High Street and Water Street each saw two transactions. With less than half of recorded deeds disclosing consideration, the data shows a mix of market activity and internal family transfers rather than a clear read on price trends alone.
