Freetown Median Sale Price Reaches $722,500 in July-August Deed Filings
Twenty property sales were recorded in Freetown from July 24 to Aug. 22, with disclosed prices ranging from $210,737 to $1,125,000 and a median of $722,500 across the 12 transactions that included a sale price. The month's highest recorded sale was 35 High St, which sold for $1,125,000 on Aug. 4 to Courtney E. Lopez and Peter A. Fasel. High Street, Chipaway Road and Wing Avenue each saw two recorded transfers. Eight of the 20 transactions, several involving transfers within the same family or into trusts, did not disclose a sale price, limiting a full read on pricing trends for the period.
