The month's highest recorded sale was 35 High St, which sold for $1,125,000 on Aug. 4 to Courtney E. Lopez and Peter A. Fasel. High Street, Chipaway Road and Wing Avenue each saw two recorded transfers. Eight of the 20 transactions, several involving transfers within the same family or into trusts, had no sale price recorded yet, limiting a full read on pricing trends for the period.
