Freetown Home Sales Span $100,000 to $1.125 Million in August

Freetown recorded 19 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, nine with disclosed prices ranging from $100,000 to $1,125,000 and a median of $620,000. The month's top sale was 35 High St., Lot 4A, which went for $1,125,000 to buyers Courtney E. Lopez and Peter A. Fasel. High Street saw three transfers total, the most of any street. Eight of the 19 deeds were transfers among family members or into trusts, none with a disclosed price, meaning over half of the month's recorded sales carry no price data. Deed records do not include bed, bath or square-footage figures.
