The month's top sale was 35 High St., Lot 4A, which went for $1,125,000 to buyers Courtney E. Lopez and Peter A. Fasel. High Street saw three transfers total, the most of any street. Eight of the 19 deeds were transfers among family members or into trusts, none with a recorded price, meaning over half of the month's recorded sales carry no price data. Deed records do not include bed, bath or square-footage figures.
