The board unanimously approved a fiscal year 2026 roadway salt supply agreement with Saltine Warrior Inc. at $76.89 per ton for untreated salt and $92.89 per ton for treated salt delivered, confirmed as a state-bid vendor. The board also approved an addendum to Town Administrator Luans Souza's employment contract reflecting terms settled in executive session, appointed Melissa Frappier as assistant treasurer-collector through June 30, 2026, following the retirement of a prior staffer, and ratified an election-worker appointment list running through August 2026. A proposed two-factor authentication cybersecurity policy was passed over without a vote, with members citing unresolved cost and implementation questions.
