Freetown recorded 20 property deeds between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with 12 carrying a sale price ranging from $100,000 to $2 million and a median of $557,000. The month's largest transaction was 120 Braley Rd., which sold for $2 million between two LLCs. Eight of the 20 deeds, including transfers at Slab Bridge Road, South Hillside Street and Island Road Extension, involved matching family or trust names and no recorded price, consistent with estate or within-family transfers. Three streets, Middleboro Road, County Road and Water Street, each saw two transactions. The four-week pace of roughly one recorded deed every one to two days points to steady, consistent transaction volume.
