Freetown-Lakeville boards review FY27 school budget and capital needs

Freetown and Lakeville boards gather to review the FY27 school budget and capital needs. Director of Finance and Operations John Higgins and Superintendent Barbara Starkie presented the proposed budget to joint selectmen, finance, and school committee representatives from both towns. The school committee voted the prior day to allocate $900,000 in expendable net deficit monies for operations.
