Freetown denies certificate of compliance for Cap'n Harris Drive

Freetown Conservation Commission unanimously denies certificate of compliance at Cap'n Harris Drive. Vice Chair Margaret M. French moved to deny the request, seconded by Member Steven Tripp, based on the Conservation Commission Agent's report.
A separate notice of violation at 233 Middleboro Road remains pending a site visit. The Commission also discussed a 2003 enforcement case involving resident John Mello, with documentation confirming that an approved wetland mitigation plan remains in place.
