Conservation panel issues two negative determinations on property work

Freetown Conservation Commission issues determinations on two residential projects. The commission unanimously voted to issue negative determinations at 33 Richmond Road for Josh Hands' well and septic system replacement, requiring erosion control and a spill kit, and at 33 Cliff Drive for Chris Trosin's deck removal and dwelling addition, requiring erosion control and conservation agent guidance. The commission also unanimously recommended Associate Craig Cabral as an alternate member, unanimously issued a certificate of compliance for 233 Middleboro Road with a 25-foot buffer-zone stipulation, and continued violation proceedings at 4 Cap'n Harris Drive and Janice Marie Way pending further documents and review.
