Conservation Commission approves three project conditions

FREETOWN — The Conservation Commission approved Orders of Conditions for three properties and continued a fourth hearing. Margaret M. French moved to approve conditions for 26 Keene Road requiring site debris clearance before building permit issuance, seconded by Craig Cabral.

At 12 Edna Circle, Craig Cabral moved to approve plantings and roof runoff redirection for an in-ground pool, seconded by Margaret M. French. At 103 South Main Street, Margaret M.

French moved to approve plantings and wetland placards for a building replacement, seconded by Steven Tripp. The 170 Middleboro Road hearing for two contractor buildings in a wetland buffer was continued to April 13, 2026, pending a soil removal permit application after abutter Donald Chausse objected to the project.
