Freetown Conservation Commission unanimously approves Order of Conditions for Quanapoag Road project. Chair Charles B. Sullivan, Vice Chair Margaret M.
French, members Steven Tripp and Toby Christoun, and associate Craig Cabral voted to issue conditions requiring a dry well system for roof runoff, a French drain system for driveway drainage, and one-to-one tree replacement. Gregory Drake of Outback Engineering presented the application for an accessory dwelling unit with septic system, private well, and driveway, with a portion located in the 100-foot wetland buffer. The Commission also addressed complaints about applicants not receiving notification of Agent inspections.
