Freetown recorded 19 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with 10 carrying a sale price so far, ranging from $450,000 to $2,000,000 and a median of $620,000. The month's top sale was a $2 million transfer at 120 Braley Rd between two LLCs, followed by three sales in the $755,000-to-$775,000 range near the Braley Road corridor. Nine transfers showed no price on file; most of those involved a grantor and grantee sharing a family surname, suggesting trust, estate or life-estate transfers rather than open-market sales. The data shows a mix of standard home sales and within-family transfers, with no basis in the numbers alone to call the month unusually active or slow.
