Freetown Planning Board unanimously approves Site Plan Review for Middleboro Road project. The Board approved conditions for Freetown Trade and Hobby Center, LLC to construct five contractor bays at 170 Middleboro Road with hours 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays, truck trips capped at 50 daily weekdays and 10 Saturdays.
The Board also unanimously approved a Form A lot consolidation for Larry Rose at 94 Braley Road and 3 Costa Drive. Three applications were continued to August 4: a residential subdivision at 71 High Street, a commercial composting permit at Thomas Lucas Lots, and a special permit at 186 Middleboro Road.
